The main architect behind the Firm is CA Sukumar Baksi who launched his own venture - S.Baksi & Co. - in 1975.

CA Sukumar Baksi is a graduate from Calcuuta Unversity and has spent 50+ years as a Chartered Accountant. His five decades of professional life is well-read and well-versed with the dynamics that rule the world of Finance , Accounts and Taxation. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has conferred upon him with the Golden Jubilee Card of Recognition acknowledging his vast contribution to nation building.

CA Shibaji Baksi is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary . He is a graduate from St Xaviers College , Kolkata and was a rank holder in CA Examination. He has also done certification in IFRS and Start up & MSME from ICAI.

He has 22 years of enriched experience of working with Corporates as well as with renowned CA Firms. His last service was with a Joint Venture of Tata Steel Utilities & Infrastructure Services Limited and Voltas Limited and is experienced in vast areas during his decade long relationship with the Tata Group Companies as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Mr Shibaji is an expert in Corporate & Financial Planning and effectively implemented internal processes and controls within the framework of Board level decision making and statutory compliances . He has effectively implemented digital initiatives and office automations.
